The four books are set in the future, where at the age of sixteen all people are given surgery to become “pretties” - they’re made physically perfect. This was desgined to stop discrimination. When the books start, Tally Youngblood is very excited about her nearing sixteenth birthday, but she accidently discovers something that changes how she views her world forever.

How can a movie that stars both Helena Bonham Carter and Catherine Tate be anything less than amazing? Answer: It can’t be. This is a comedy that’s based on the real story of twelve year old Bernie perparing for his Bar Mitzvah. Unfortunately for Bernie, things don’t go quite according to plan. This film is one of my favourites ever, and I honestly don’t understand why this film is not more famous.

Regulus Black is fucking amazing. All by himself [not because of someone he loved who he’d gotten killed], he decided to turn against You Know Who, against his whole family, and take on You Know Who by himself. That shows an incredible amount of bravery, almost unmatched by any other character in the books. Then, there’s also what he did for Kreature. He chose to save the life of a house-elf rather than himself. That’s… That is fucking amazing and beautiful and this guy is bad ass and such a good person and just amazing.

Along with Pokémon, this is my favourite videogame ever. The soundtrack is one of the best parts, it’s absolutely amazing. Seriously, just google some of the pieces, it’s awesome. Of course, the music isn’t the only great thing about it. The graphics and the characters, and the storylines have that nice balance of “Aww, that’s such a beautiful story -tear-” and “Wicked, his head just blew off!”

This is a wicked show, there are only four episodes, you know one of those mini show things. So there’s this girl and this guy and they’re in a storm and they swap bodies and shannigans ensue. The acting is really brilliant. They way they manage to portray the opposite gender is really well done.

Beautiful People is a British comedy, starring the young and very effeminate Simon and Kylie. The show is really hilarious and also sweet and happy-making. Every episode they do a bunch of cool girly-boy stuff and everything is gay and nothing hurts and sometimes they sing. The characters are all brilliant. While watching the show, you might recognize Olivia Colman as Simon’s mother, who played Naomi’s mother in Skins, and Meera Syal who was in that episode of Doctor who with the floor and the church. Watch this show. You will not regret it.
