Seriously, everyone is so extremely out of character and it’s so different from the book I mean they BURN THE BURROW. I just can’t.

Not to mention only showing like 20% of the memories which were meant to be THE ENTIRE THEME OF THE FILM.

The book is my second favourite, but the movie, omg.
They showed two memories out of the lot, and they were supposed to be the main theme of the whole story and that’s what I love so much about HBP especially Merope’s story because it’s sad and heartbreaking and I think it’s also beautiful at the same time, but it was completely disregarded in the film.
Instead they made into like a silly high school drama but with magic classes and I do love the romance it HBP but surely that’s not the most important thing. They didn’t even do the romance that well, I mean I think we can all agree that Harry/Ginny was pretty poorly done in the films. Maybe that’s because we don’t get all Harry’s confused thoughts though.
Also why did they make Lavender into such a tosser? She’s just supposed be a girl with a crush on Ron who’s a little silly sometimes, not like a super drama queen. What’s with giving Luna all of Tonks scenes? And Tonks/Lupin is like my favourite ship after Ron/Hermione and it was completely left out. Also the Quidditch robes were really ridiculous why would sixth years need helmets but not first years, they don’t need elbow pads and shiz - they have magic, they can just be like dontbreakusbonesus and honestly even Dumbledore can’t apparate inside Hogwarts and why is Malfoy wearing a suit all the time I mean wtf is up with that?
but it was easily the worst of the HP movies. The memories were used as a subplot rather than a main plot - they only showed two out of the six. The quidditch uniforms were absolutely ridiculous, and don’t even get me started on how they handled the Harry/Ginny relationship.
